2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old
• Users must have legal capacity to contract

3. Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe. See Stripe privacy terms for payment processing details.

4. User Obligations

• No unlawful content
• No IP infringement
• No unauthorized access attempts

5. Liability

Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

6. Governing Law

German law applies.
