This policy applies to one-time payments for digital services at The Feline Atelier.
We currently do not offer recurring subscription billing. Payments are processed as one-time charges via Stripe.
Under EU law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, for digital content/services, this right can expire once performance begins, if the customer has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged loss of withdrawal rights.
When processing starts (e.g., compute/model generation and related server resources), costs are incurred immediately. For completed or started digital processing, refunds are generally not available unless legally required.
If a paid order cannot be delivered due to a confirmed technical failure on our side, we will provide either (a) re-processing at no additional cost or (b) a refund, at our discretion and in line with applicable law.
